Grinder, Coffee - 2nd shift

Job Description:

Responsible for the grinding of product and for the staging of ground product for packaging. Coordinates with roasting and flavoring to ensure a smooth flow of production. Performs duties in ways that maximize production efficiency.

Operates the grinding machines and product elevators.

Makes machine adjustments in order to meet proper grind specifications.

Performs quality testing for density, moisture and grind consistency. Records results.

Uses scales and other measures to accurately facilitate production.

Will incorporate rework at established quality specifications as necessary.

Upholds and provides safe, high-quality, consistent products, and superior services that anticipate, meet or exceed the requirements of our customers.

Complies with General Safety Communication Program.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience

1 – 3 Years

Mechanical inclination: the ability to troubleshoot machine malfunctions and preform preventative maintenance as required.

Computer literacy required.
