Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position is responsible for managing projects to improve efficiency throughout the finance organization.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
The duties will include project work and leading process changes.
Lead elements of system changes.
Analyze accounting processes across the organization.
Develop and implement standard procedures.
Work directly with corporate accounting functions.
Provide training to new and existing team members as needed.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
Bonus structure: 30%

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
6+ years of related experience, 5+ years supervisory experience
Ability to work with large amounts of computer data
Effective communication skills – oral, written and presentation
Exposure to Sarbanes Oxley
Strong work ethic and proven ability to meet tight deadlines on multiple projects
Strong organizational skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
