Job Description:

The Replenishment Support Manager will oversee the Replenishment Support Team and be a member of the Performance Foodservice Replenishment Support group with the Accounting and Finance team. This individual will report directly to the Vice President of Shared Services working in Operational Finance located at our La Crosse, WI Campus.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage Replenishment Support team.

  • Streamline processes and procedures working with our demand forecasting software.

  • Partner with local buying groups throughout the country to better service their needs.

  • Oversee processing of purchase orders as well ask reporting key performance indicators to several internal customers.

  • Provide instruction, coaching and mentoring to maintain morale and encourage teamwork, and quality performance.

  • Handle employee concerns, ensuring consistent practices are being followed.

  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training new team members.

  • Motivate employees by providing positive feedback and skills development by establishing opportunities that allow employee growth and development.

  • Work cross functionally with other teams and identify and develop resolutions for department issues.

  • Ensure department is on track to meet performance goals and adjust based on performance data as needed.

  • Oversee the accumulation of key data for the department and report to management.

  • Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 4+ years of current experience or 6 years of current experience in a fast paced office environment.

• 5+ years of supervisory experience.

• Team development and coaching skills

• Effective communication skills – oral, written and presentation.

• Attention to detail with the ability to work with large amounts of computer data.

• Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint

• Strong work ethic with the ability to meet tight deadlines on multiple projects.

• Experience with ERP systems and ability to work with new systems.

• Demonstrated performance in analytical financial role.

• Self-motivated individual with initiative and ability to work independently.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Take ownership of issue resolution and general client satisfaction.

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
