The Executive Recruiter will serve as a key member of the Talent Acquisition team to attract and recruit top diverse talent into the company. As a strategic thought leader and brand ambassador, this role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring the next generation of leaders across the U.S and Canada; driving growth, diversity, and innovation. S/he will own and execute leadership level searches and will be well-versed in all aspects of executive search.
• Conducts full-cycle recruiting including research, diverse candidate generation and development, senior client management, and offer negotiations
• Partners with executive team to understand business strategies, challenges, and organizational plans; builds out talent networks of targeted talent, companies and geographies relative to those strategies and plans. Partners with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, Regional HR leaders, Total Rewards, and on executive talent needs, pipeline and offers. Works closely with VP-Learning & Development on "build/buy" strategies for organizational talent.
• Provides strategic guidance, consultation on market intelligence/trends, and advice in partnership with executive leadership. Drives proactive pipelining and innovative approaches to prioritize and build a network of future leaders across key functions of the business
• Serves as a brand ambassador for PFG; builds and manages strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners. Articulates the PFG employment value proposition to potential candidates
•Interviews and evaluates candidates in a timely manner while always providing a positive candidate experience; conducts candidate assessments to identify candidate aptitude. Ensures diverse candidate slates for all openings. Provides a high touch, thorough, top notch candidate experience for both internal and external candidates
•Ensures candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in ATS (Ultipro/UKG). Networks, builds and maintains relationships with key talent communities for active and passive opportunities
•Use strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends to identify opportunities, interventions, and initiatives for improvement. Provides and analyzes recruitment metrics and scorecards, as needed

7 – 10 Years
•7+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on executive level candidate generation in a complex and competitive market
•7+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership
•Experience managing high-profile candidates from outreach to offer
•Ability to communicate with a wide variety of audiences and levels of an organization, including C-level
•Proven experience effectively recruiting leadership roles with diverse candidate slates
•Strong interviewing, qualifying, selection, and negotiation skills
•Strong analytical skills and ability to structure offer recommendations at the executive level
•Proficient knowledge and demonstrated results using recruitment technology (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, database mining, social media and military)
•Capable of original thinking and independent action influencing the candidates
•Proven ability of writing and presentation skills to both senior management and hiring managers
•High attention to detail and candidate communication/nurturing
•Exceptional communication skills at all levels in the organization. •Strong emotional intelligence.
