Job Description:

The Procurement Coordinator position will perform the following duties:

• Be responsible for receiving, orchestrating, recording and delivering bids on a timely basis

• Contacts vendors

• Maintains procurement and logistics files

• Generates and distributes daily reports

• Assist Logistics Manager with daily operations.

• Track shipments daily

• Coordinates with Accounting to file vendor chargebacks

• Detail Oriented and Organized

• Completes projects as needed.
